NC-DB support dropped

The leader of the NC-DB project thought it would be a good idea to drop the support of Arcemu and HS emu's. He now only supports W-cell emu(this emu can crash a computer that could handle 1500+ players with arcemu) . We will not switch to W-cell do to the lack of power and content that it had to offer. W-cell is like acsent during 2.4.7, nothing worked and it would always crash. so Database content will be advancing really slow right now till i find another db that will support arc, and is also up to date.
